Beginning students will register in this program until they have completed the required courses of 28 credit hours. At this time, they will receive their Certificate; Basic Christian Ministry.

Students completing the required courses, achieving 56 credit hours will receive an Advanced Christian Ministry Certificate.

This course of study includes 50 hours of Theological studies and 21 hours of general courses. Students completing the total of 72 credit hours of study will receive an Associate Degree in Theological Studies.

Students completing 128 credit hours of study which would include: 107 hours in Theological Studies and 21 hours in general courses will be eligible to receive a bachelor of Ministry Degree.

Bachelor of Arts program with Major in Religion -- is met through the completion of bachelor of Ministry Degree at Milwaukee Theological Institute (i.e., completion of Program with 40 credit hours).

Milwaukee Theological Institute formerly operated a joint degree program with Lakeland College. Students in this joint degree program could earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lakeland and a Bachelor of Ministry from MTI by enrolling concurrently and completing classes at the MTI campus. Lakeland College is accredited by North Central Association of Schools and Colleges.
